Happy Day One to you!

I would like you to meet John Michael Mercatante, my newest nephew!

My brother Andrew (in the photo) and his wife Marisa gave birth to a beautiful baby boy this morning.

Congratulations to them both... and welcome to the world, John Michael!

This week's Gospel is about peace and joy. It could not be more fitting for our family. The peace of knowing John Michael has safely arrived and the joy of looking into his face and holding him in our arms. Thank you God for your many blessings.

Hi Rob...Thanks for posting Vicki's pics of John Michael for all to see. We came home from
the hospital around noon today and all is well. It has been a long journey for John's arrival, and we are so blessed that he is finally here making us all happy. Love, Marisa
